Community Service Court Referral Program
This program is for teens who have been given community service hours by the judges who have reviewed their cases. Community Service hours are an opportunity to pay back the community and avoid the burden of a fine. As we understand it, Heads Up is the only agency which requires teens and parents to sign a contract of rules and regulations of community service. Teens are expected to be on time, dress appropriately for ranch work, use appropriate language, focus on their work, and learn to work as a team member.
Heads Up tries to instill work ethics, respect for leadership, and a rise in self esteem for work well done.
